Club Information – Established 1937
Nampa Rod & Gun Club was established in 1937 to operate the outdoor facility located on Bennet Rd, Canyon County Idaho. The land was given to the gun club by Executive Order of President Roosevelt. The area that is the current range was a military training facility as far back as the early 1900’s and was used as an impact area for the Artillery Corps.
New board members were elected during the May 2024 Annual Meeting.
The operating hours for the outdoor range are one-half hour after official sunrise to one-half hour before official sunset (these times can be found here) However, we do ask that members shoot no earlier than 7am in consideration of the ranges neighbors. Thank you.
