Club Information
History
Nampa Rod & Gun Club was established in 1937 to operate the outdoor facility located on Bennet Road, Canyon County, Idaho. The land was given to the gun club by executive order of President Roosevelt. The area that is the current range was a military training facility as far back as the early 1900s and was used as an impact area for the Artillery Corps.
Operating Hours
The operating hours for the outdoor range are official sunrise to official sunset — these times can be found at timeanddate.com/sun. However, we do ask that members shoot no earlier than 7 a.m. in consideration of the range's neighbors. Thank you.
